1. How can I access my receipt?

Your confirmation email will serve as your receipt. You can also find your purchase history and receipt information by accessing your store account. Please feel free to print it off for your records.

2. When will my card be charged?

Your card will be authorized for the amount of the transaction, including taxes and shipping (if applicable), at the time of checkout.

3. What are acceptable forms of payment?

All orders will be charged in USD. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept PayPal, checks, or money orders.


Digital purchases including digital books or ebooks, and downloads such as MP3 or M4Vs are nonrefundable. If you experience an issue with your download link, we will supply you with a working link as soon as possible.

Online courses are built upon intellectual property and are non-refundable. Live workshops and webinars are fully refundable if requested in writing 24 hours prior to the event. After that, workshop and webinar seats may be transferred to another individual with approval from a member of the Vanguard Creative administrative staff. Coaching services are non-refundable. Payment in full is required prior to each coaching session. Cancellation/rescheduling requests for coaching sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made after that will be subject to a 50% session fee. Two weeks notice is required for the cancellation of a coaching contract. Clients will be charged for appointments if proper notice is not given.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@shelleyozment.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of our subscription-based products, please contact us at admin@shelleyozment.com and let us know. You can cancel any of your subscriptions at any time with no issue and you will continue to have access until your purchased time expires.

You agree that you’ll pay the subscription fee and any required taxes in order to get access to the material you signed up for. If you have a subscription account, we will access the related fees from your credit card once a month as agreed. If your credit card declines, we will contact you and possibly suspend your account until payment is made. We do not refund subscription payments that were withdrawn prior to a cancellation request. If you need to cancel your membership, it may up to two weeks to finalize your cancellation. If you’re accidentally charged again in the meantime, we’ll refund your money.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Most of our products are online in nature and are delivered via electronic download, email, and links to hosted videos and other premium content.
